Each month we'll be featuring a different whiskey, bourbon, and/or scotch in-store. The first Wednesday of each month, we'll be hosting a Whiskey Wednesday Happy Hour so customers can drop by and enjoy the monthly spirit. The first Whiskey Wednesday will be next Wednesday, May 2nd, featuring a TCR favorite, Bulleit Bourbon. Guests will be able to enjoy Bulleit on the rocks, with a splash of water, mixed with coke, or Bulleit Manhattans. Not sure if I looked hard enough, but I couldn’t find anywhere on the interweb documenting the process (in pictures) behind dyeing a pair of sneakers, more specifically Tretorns. Being my first time to dye a pair of sneakers I didn’t know exactly what to expect and didn’t really have any standard guidelines to follow except for wet your shoe, dip in in the dye and let it dry. By no means am I a meteorologist, but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know what hot is. For example, when you can see heat lines while you're walking outside or you start sweating profusely [...]

The warmer months are upon us, and you know what that means. Trips to the beach, camping and fishing excursions, music festivals, and vacations spent travelling to other cities. Needless to say you're going to need a bag. Lucky for you these backpacks from Epperson Mountaineering just arrived. The company, founded by Mark Epperson in the 1970s, originally sold their product exclusively through mail order from outdoor specialist magazines. It's easy to see how dope these bags are from looking at the pictures below, but seeing them in person gives you full appreciation of how well-constructed [...]
