  • Despite the record-breaking drought Houston's experienced within the past year, we've experienced fits of rain the last few weeks.  Coincidently, and quite fortunately, Bridge & Burn makes these awesome water-resistant McCloskey jackets.  Simple yet elegant, these jackets feature a beautiful contrast lining that adds a subtle pop.  The McCloskey is 100% cotton, so don't get it twisted - they're water-resistant and not water-proof.  The cotton material, though, can be seen as an asset in the humid Houston climate, as cotton will breathe much better than a traditional pvc/vinyl raincoat.   • I'm not sure if Under Armor teamed up with Dwayne Wade to start producing long sleeve merino wool sweaters, but that's neither here nor there due in large part to the small carryall aka "Murse" LeBron is carrying.   • Last Monday we hosted our first lecture on how to start a retail business.  Turn out was great, and the audience had a lot of good questions and comments that really added to the pertinence of the information we presented.  We received a real positive response, and we're grateful everyone found the lecture interesting, informative, and useful.   • The homie Skruncha-roo has been on his grizzy lately.  For the past few months he's been working on his "C'est la Vie" EP of instrumentals, and as soon as he wrapped that up he hopped on a plane across the pond to produce tracks for British artist Molly Beanland's new album.  You got to respect his hustle though.
